PETER MORRIS

Peter Morris is the founder and owner of Gage Partners. As such he developed and acquired 105 million Euros worth of retail real estate in the Baltic States from 2011 through today.

Mr. Morris has over 25 years experience in the Baltic and Central European real estate market, in brokerage, property management and property development.

Mr. Morris is originally from New York, and graduated Yale University.

HINDREK LEPPSALU

Hindrek Leppsalu has managed brokerage and property management companies in Estonia since 1994.

He is an active member of the Estonian Association of Real Estate Brokers and an active developer and manager of commercial real estate, as well as an active leader in the community.

NERIJUS JUODELIS

Nerijus Juodelis is a commercial property manager and broker in Lithuania since 1996.

He was previously Commercial Director for the largest real estate brokerage and management firm in Lithuania, before joining Gage Partners. Major transactions included leasing call centres to Barclay’s and Western Union, and leasing regional offices to Pfizer, Merck, First Data, SEB, and Nordea Bank.
